Service Technician

Reporting to the Manager, Rentals US, the Service Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance and regular cleaning of equipment as well as shop and yard premises and general housekeeping duties.

The Service Technician may also be called upon to do occasional field work to assist with the assembly of production testing equipment as needed. The Service Technician will be part of a team-oriented work environment and execute the required duties in a safe manner. The Service Technician is required to lift medium to heavy weighted equipment and work in inclement weather conditions as required.

The Service Technician will be provided a company truck for work purposes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Regular maintenance of equipment when required; assists with the preventative maintenance on equipment (including taking apart machinery, grinding, sanding, painting and other tasks)

· As required, occasional field work, assisting in the operation of production testing and flowback equipment in a safe and competent manner;

· Assist in preparing parts orders and equipment for dispatch to field

· Organize and maintain tools required for service

· Clean outside and inside of vehicles and equipment, utilizing proper safety protocol which may include confined space entry

· Keep shop area clean and free of clutter and debris

· Remove debris from yard, sidewalks and parking lots as required

· Clean service bays and wash bays

· Move equipment in yard as required, using skid steer, forklift and front-end loader, with proper user certification required

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
