To be successful in this role, you must have strong supervisory skills and excellent communication abilities. You should also have a good understanding of online platforms such as Procore / Plangrid, etc. Experience with heavy equipment, proficiency in carpentry and maintenance, and strong attention to detail are also essential qualifications. The ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights is required, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
