To add to our team of FFP Warehouse workers, we are now looking for a shipping and receiving associate. Our FFP warehouse team is going through an incredible time of growth and development. Responsibilities:

● Pull Orders for Customers: Retrieve and gather products from the warehouse inventory based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the order.

● Load and Unload Shipments/Deliveries: Safely load and unload shipments and deliveries using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks, following proper lifting and handling techniques.

● Prepare Product for Shipment: Package and prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials and methods. This includes labeling, documenting, and ensuring adherence to shipping requirements for various carriers like UPS, FedEx, and common carriers.

● Receive Shipments: Receive incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, and common carriers, verifying the accuracy and condition of the delivered items. Properly document and organize received products for efficient inventory management.

● Maintain Clean and Safe Work Environment: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by regularly performing tasks such as emptying trash, sweeping floors, and organizing work areas. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and promote a productive work environment.

● Perform Related Jobs: Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as required, which may include assisting in fabrication, assembly, or other installation-related activities.

● Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, keep track of orders, and maintain a structured work area for efficient operations.

● Ability to Carry Heavy Loads: Possess the physical strength and ability to carry items weighing at least 70 pounds, ensuring proper lifting techniques are employed to prevent injury.

● Following Instructions: Follow both written and verbal instructions provided by supervisors, project managers, or lead fabricators to carry out fabrication tasks efficiently and accurately.

● Climbing Abilities: Be capable of safely climbing ladders when required for installation or accessing storage areas.

● Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including order fulfillment, packaging, documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

● Forklift Operation: Have the ability to (learn how to) operate a forklift safely and efficiently, following proper procedures and adhering to safety guidelines.

● Customer and Employee Relations: Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to get along with customers and fellow employees. Follow directions effectively and work well under pressure, ensuring a positive and professional working environment.
