Job Summary
The Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of construction crews. This position is responsible for ensuring that all builds run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong and a passion for helping others.
Duties
•
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of job sites, ensuring crews are on-site as required, permits are posted, and all materials are on-site.
•
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement build schedules.
•
Be punctual and on time, safe driver, and communicate effectively.
•
Serve as the primary point of contact between crews and production/reps, addressing inquiries and providing before-and-after photos of jobs.
•
Monitor crews' progress and provide insight on installation methods and codes.
•
Maintain accurate records of crews, materials bought, and job completion.
Skills
•
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with crews. (Spanish not required but is a plus)*
Strong understanding or ability to learn roofing systems.
•
Experience in roofing, construction, or related fields is highly desirable but not necessary.
•
Valid drivers license and safe driving skills.
•
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•
Proficient in using technology for administrative tasks, including Customer Relations Systems.
This role requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about education and committed to supporting student success within a university environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
