Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Network Administrator to oversee the daily IT operations of our manufacturing site. As the primary IT contact on-site, you will provide technical support, manage network infrastructure, and ensure system reliability. You will work closely with regional IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain and enhance IT services. This role reports to the Regional IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide first-level hardware and software support, including troubleshooting, minor repairs, and standard software installations.
•Manage user support requests via Help Desk tickets, offering desktop support for staff and factory leadership in a Windows environment.
•Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and phone systems, in collaboration with third-party vendors.
•Administer enterprise applications, such as ERP systems, in coordination with the regional IT team.
•Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking hardware, software, and licensing.
•Ensure daily data backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
•Develop and maintain documentation for local system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
•Train end-users on applications, hardware, and IT best practices.
•Support VoIP and communication systems.
•Manage and execute IT-related projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum 4 years of hands-on system administration experience.
•Proficiency in Windows Server (2003/2008/2012/2022) and Windows OS (7/8/10/11) environments.
•Experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter.
•Strong knowledge of Active Directory, RDP, SQL Server, IIS, VMware.
•Understanding of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP).
•Familiarity with VoIP systems.
•Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for hardware and software issues.
•Experience providing IT support to internal users.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party IT services.

•Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
