We are a growing company, and we are currently looking for highly self-motivated individuals to join our TEAM as Site Safety & Health Officer

Position Overview

The position of Site Safety & Health Officer for Moltus Building Group will entail a broad range of safety skills including but not limited to:

•

Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety awareness.

•

Conduct daily on-site safety huddles and safety walks, particularly during high-risk activities, to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

•

Identify workplace hazards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and enforce corrective procedures, as necessary.

•

Track and analyze leading and lagging safety indicators; recommend and support training initiatives based on trends and findings.

•

Perform daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and ensure documentation is accurately maintained.

•

Maintain and update the safety and health tracking system, monitoring any deficiencies until they are fully resolved.

•

Document and report safety incidents promptly and propose risk mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.

•

Prepare and submit weekly safety reports detailing identified hazards, updates to safety plans, and any worker safety concerns.

•

Maintain monthly reporting requirements, including incident reports, KPIs, and safety observations in client-specific software applications.

•

Collaborate with project managers, field managers, and the Director of Safety to address ongoing safety issues and initiatives.

•

Assist with site access coordination, including managing site visits and deliveries.

•

Collect and document field data and photographs as necessary for safety analysis and reporting.

•

Perform other field or office duties as assigned.

Position requirements

Education & Certifications (one of the following combinations is required):

•

Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety (preferred, not required) plus a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction safety management experience.

•

OR board-certified safety credentials from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST) plus 5 years of commercial construction safety management experience.

•

OR a current OSHA 500 Certification plus 6 years of full-time construction safety management experience.

Experience & Knowledge:

•

Proven experience in commercial construction safety management.

•

In-depth knowledge of safety and quality control standards and procedures.

•

Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.

•

Proficiency in safety reporting and documentation processes.

•

•

Strong computer skills; proficiency with Procore is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•

Must be able to travel throughout the United States as required.

•

Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
