We are looking for a talented Software Engineer who would resonate with our team values.
Description
Why we do what we do:
•To promote the conservation of utilities for the betterment of our communities.
•To provide technicians and utility billing personnel with tools that delight and empower them to do their best work.
How we do what we do:
The following represents the software team’s Creed. It describes our shared ideal - something we’re actively experimenting our way toward.
•Purpose: We align our work with company goals and customer value.
•Growth: We embrace change through feedback, exploration, and experimentation.
•Trust: We confidently create experiences that engender customer trust.
•Ownership: We own our code, our commitments, and our outcomes - individually and collectively.
•Polish: Quality is everyone’s responsibility - every developer is also a tester.
•Simplicity: We design for end-user simplicity, not necessarily our own simplicity.
What we do:
NextMeters creates advanced utility metering solutions.
•Our easy-to-use solution allows tenants/residents to be billed for only the usage they consume, which promotes conservation and savings.
•The Software team builds and maintains web and mobile applications with two primary goals:
+ Support technicians who go on-site to install and/or replace meter-related equipment.
+ Provide meter read information to Billing entities so that they can bill end customers.
We're looking for engineers who resonate with these principles and are excited to contribute to a team that values thoughtfulness, excellence, and continuous improvement.
