The Solar Farm Technician Trainee performs preventative and corrective maintenance for all scopes of an operating power plant, including civil, mechanical, and electrical inspection and repair. The Solar Farm Technician Trainee monitors the solar power plant’s availability and ensures mechanical and electrical maintenance is being performed when necessary to maintain established safety and operating targets. Responsible for executing daily scheduling philosophy, utilizing a prioritized list of work provided by planning with a focus on maximizing generation and ensuring proactive work is prioritized and completed.

Pay range: The hourly base range for this position in California is $22.46 - $30.38. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
