Summary
As a Solar Technician at Time-4-Solar, you will play a vital role in the service and maintenance of solar energy systems. Located in a dynamic work environment, this position is essential to our mission of promoting clean technologies and contributing to environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities
•
Service and maintain solar panels and related equipment on commercial and industrial sites.
•
Conduct electrical work in accordance with NEC standards to ensure safety and compliance.
•
Utilize voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot electrical issues within solar systems.
•
Collaborate with team members to build and install fixtures as needed for solar setups.
•
Work safely on rooftops and construction sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
•
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for installations.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a electrician or in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.
•
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including systems like: SolarEdge, Enphase, Tigo, SMA etc.
•
Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards related to electrical installations.
•
Ability to use power tools effectively and safely in various environments.
•
Experience with Solar Installations is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
