Job Summary: Solar Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician with experience in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and handling Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, the ability to identify and resolve technical issues, and experience working with various solar components, including inverters, panels, and mounting systems. Responsibilities

+ Perform system diagnostics to identify performance issues and provide solutions. + Process and manage RMAs for defective components. + Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to facilitate replacements and repairs. + Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency. + Provide detailed documentation and reports on system performance and repairs. + Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and project managers to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
