We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals with strong sales and customer service experience to join the Lumina team. As an Outreach Specialist, you will engage directly with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and setting appointments for consultations. You will play a vital role in driving the adoption of solar energy and helping homeowners save on their energy costs.

In this role, you'll get to:* Connect with homeowners in your local community to share valuable information about solar energy solutions

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:* A high school diploma or equivalent

Our perks & benefits:* Competitive pay with performance-based incentives, allowing you to earn more based on the number of appointments you set

Pay:* This position is fully commission-based, offering a guaranteed weekly draw of $375, which is offset by earned commissions. Employees will earn $300 for each successfully scheduled and completed appointment.
