People leader of a highly technical manufacturing cell employing various assembly and testing technologies of large-scale power plant equipment within a fast-growing Generator and Power business. Own all aspects of daily operations and management of the Generator Final Assembly manufacturing cell as well as the Building 281 Generator Test Stand and Bunkers. Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost of a fast-paced and customer facing manufacturing assembly shop as the final operation within all generator manufacturing in the factory prior to shipping. Will provide direction and leadership to own salary team of operations leaders, manufacturing engineers, and planners, with indirect leadership of Materials and Quality teams within the cell. Cell employs over 60hourly individuals as well as electrical and balance technicians in the fabrication and testing of generators as well as generator and steam turbine rotating components. Leadership of this shop will employ and necessitate various Lean Strategies and Initiatives as well as leverage technical skills in product development and improvement as the areas forecasts significant growth in the coming years.
The base pay range for this position is $122,600.00 - $135,000.00
. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
