We are looking for a self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a small engineering team while working with management and interfacing with other Armstrong divisions. This engineering position will be involved in various projects and work responsibilities; from product development and testing, directly supporting customers, maintaining departmental budgets, creating/meeting KPI’s and supporting our manufacturing efforts as well. The Staff Engineer will also support the efforts of the Sales team with expertise and special designs.
