Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. Your Impact

As a Processing Superintendent, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient, and optimized ore processing operations at Red Chris Mine. You will oversee production planning, plant maintenance coordination, and the integration of new infrastructure, all while driving operational excellence and aligning with corporate strategies. The salary range for this role is$145,000–$193,000, plusperformance-based incentives. Compensation is determined based onskills, experience, and qualifications.
