About the role:

Reporting to the General Supervisor, Process Maintenance, the Supervisor, Maintenance Processing is responsible for supervising maintenance crews and meeting departmental objectives in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner. This role is responsible for shutdown ownership and management, trades, schedule execution, continuous improvement, and staffing, consistent with company standards. This will be a 4x4-day schedule that is subject to change.

To be successful, we are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of mentoring and motivating individuals, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful individual would have strong organization skills, demonstrated professionalism, and can interact at all levels of the organization. The ability to multi-task and undertake challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is vital for success.
