We are excited to announce the start-up of our new bushing factory in Charlotte, North Carolina, and are seeking a talented Technology Integrator/Industrial Engineer to join our team.

Job Overview

As a Technology Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful start-up and ongoing operation of our Charlotte facility. You will be responsible for technology transfer in close cooperation with our lead factory in Germany and other technology partners. Additionally, you will identify and collaborate with local partners to ensure seamless integration and optimization of our manufacturing processes.

Your Tasks:

•

Lead the technology transfer process in collaboration with our lead factory in Germany and other technology partners.

•

Identify and establish relationships with local partners to support the factory start-up and ongoing operations.

•

Lead machine and technology investment projects to support the growth and development of the Charlotte facility.

•

Once operational, continuously improve manufacturing technology and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

•

Develop and maintain a technology roadmap to ensure alignment with corporate goals and industry advancements.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

•

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

•

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•

Proven experience in technology integration and manufacturing process improvement.

•

Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical products and power engineering.

•

Experience working in a global manufacturing environment is preferred.

•

Willingness to spend extended time in Europe for technology transfer and training.

•

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

•

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
