Job Summary
The Learning Coordinator assists with the development and implementation of training strategy in support of organizational business plans.
Employee development and training services include learning strategy development and oversight, resource and materials development, meeting facilitation, project leadership and records administration.
This position serves as a communications link between employees, leadership and business unit colleagues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Learning Coordinator:
(72,380.00 - 108,569.00 USD Annual)* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Development, Organization Development, Education, Communications or related field and 2 years related field.Learning Coordinator Sr: (85,081.00 - 127,624.00 USD Annual)* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Development, Organization Development, Education, Communications or related field + 5 years experience in related field.
Learning Coordinator Princ: (96,110.00 - 153,770.00 USD Annual)* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Development, Organization Development, Education, Communications or related field + 8 years' experience in related field.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Physical demand level is Sedentary
