Utility Worker/ General Labor

Job Overview:

The Utility Worker position is an entry-level position in the Energy Conservation trade. The utility worker is expected to participate in multiple programs and perform various duties in the Energy Saving Assistance Program. Installing HE appliances, Refrigerators, Clothes Washers, Energy Conservation measures,and assisting other departments (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Insulation) duties will be assigned daily. The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to all environments and provide excellent customer service. The Utility worker must follow all structural guidelines established by the Energy Savings Assistance Program. In addition, the Utility Worker should complete all the tasks assigned by the Lead Technician for each project and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation:

$16.00-19.00 per hour plus production bonuses.
