Job Description

Position Overview

As a Vice President, Finance & Capital Markets, you will lead capital raising activities, oversee complex financial models to analyze different offtake structures, and develop and maintain relationships with key strategic financing parties. You will work closely with other teams within Invenergy, including Renewable Development, Origination, Project Management, Asset Management, Accounting, Tax, and Legal. This position is located on-site at Invenergy's corporate headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities* Lead capital raising activities including debt, tax equity, and M&A transactions for renewable energy, battery storage, transmission, offshore, hydrogen, and other energy related technology development projects.

Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Base Pay

$230,000 - $250,000 USD Annual

Bonus: 40% - 45%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
