Propak Systems Ltd. is an established leader in engineering, fabrication, and construction of gas compression and processing facilities for the energy industry. Propak offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative support with receiving and documentation functions within the Warehouse Department. This position requires the successful candidate to be moving / standing for extended periods of time.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Complete all electronic receiving using the Visual Enterprise software program
•
Process all Receiving Discrepancy Reports (RDR)
•
Coordinate material returns
•
Perform general office administrative duties including general filing and interoffice mail coordination
•
Provide general administrative support required by management and supervisors as necessary
•
Submit office stationary, lunch room, and coffee supply orders and obtain approval where necessary
Qualifications:
•
High School diploma
•
1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse environment
•
Intermediate level competency with the Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency using spreadsheets
•
General knowledge of office equipment i.e., fax, copiers, scanners
•
Ability to move and stand for extended periods of time, with the capacity to lift materials up to 25lbs on a regular basis
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and must possess organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills- with a focus on attention to detail
•
Experience with Visual Enterprise Database is an asset
•
Oil and gas industry warehousing experience is an asset
•
Basic knowledge of materials used in the construction of oil and gas plants is an asset
