Turbine Manager – Grant County, NM
We are hiring a Turbine Manager to oversee the receipt, staging, assembly, and installation of 56 Vestas V163 turbines for a 252 MW utility-scale wind project. This role will coordinate daily turbine activities, manage OEM interfaces, and ensure all mechanical and electrical components are installed per manufacturer guidelines.
Responsibilities:
•
Oversee turbine deliveries, laydown, pre-assembly, and erection
•
Coordinate lift plans, inspections, and mechanical completion
•
Work closely with Vestas and subcontractors during installation and punch list
•
Monitor turbine safety protocols, torque logs, and completion records
Qualifications:
•
5+ years managing turbine installations on utility-scale wind farms
•
Direct experience with Vestas turbines strongly preferred
•
Strong mechanical and organizational skill set
