Yard Worker/ PARTS RUNNER

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Runner/ YARD HAND to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a driving license, experience driving a truck , and be able to navigate complex routes, specialize in cleaning & organizing a construction yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering parts and materials to JOBSITES, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of yard., also ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts , and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities, not limited to:

- Safely operate a truck to deliver parts and materials to JOB SITES.

- Drive on a predetermined route to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Load and unload materials from the vehicle using a pallet jack or forklift.

- Handle heavy lifting, as required.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at our YARD adhering to safety regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.

- Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and documentation.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.

Requirements:

- Commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

- Experience driving a truck.

- Knowledge of route driving and ability to navigate complex routes.

- Familiarity with operating a pallet jack or forklift.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting, as required.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
