Established Family-Owned Home Heating and Propane Company is seeking an Account Manager / Customer Care Specialist with 3 plus years’ experience in customer service and Account Managing.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are handled promptly and thoroughly.
Must have computer experience; Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Home Heating Oil and Propane industry experience is a plus but not required.
Must be dependable. This is a permanent full-time position
