Now, we’re expanding rapidly, and we want an Accounting Manager who is ready to grow, thrive, make a real impact, and lead financial operations in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. This role combines hands-on accounting work with leadership responsibilities, including managing accounting staff, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

•

Prepare monthly financial statements and journal entries

•

Review bi-weekly payroll and commission calculations

•

Oversee daily cash flow and accounts receivable collections

•

Approve bank reconciliations and month-end journal entries

•

Manage payroll reporting, HST summaries, and vendor payments

•

Lead and train accounting staff; assign and monitor tasks

•

Audit sales contests and assist with external audits

•

Track inventory and suggest process improvements

•

Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications

•

University Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)

•

CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset

•

3+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced sales or start- up environment

•

Strong knowledge of ASPE, Canadian tax & payroll regulations

•

US accounting/tax experience is an asset

•

High proficiency with Excel and financial software

•

Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
