Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity that comes with amazing opportunities for success and growth for your future? Morskate Manufacturing is actively recruiting a motivated Onsite Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team of professionals in our Agmor division.

Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day execution of agricultural installation projects on-site, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This role acts as the main point of contact between the field installation crew and internal teams, supporting smooth project delivery from start to finish. You’ll assist with site prep, layout, equipment readiness, scheduling, and troubleshooting during installations of gating, barn systems, feed delivery systems, and ventilation equipment.

This position requires travel and the ability to work away from home for a few days or weeks depending on the location and scope of the project.

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $28-30 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
