Here at NuWave, We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Pool Service Operations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned supervisor with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily pool maintenance operations, manage technicians, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Supervise and coordinate pool service technicians to optimize performance and efficiency.

•

Provide hands-on leadership, training, and guidance to ensure adherence to company service standards.

•

Conduct quality control inspections and resolve service issues proactively.

•

Monitor scheduling, route efficiency, and team productivity to ensure timely service delivery.

•

Maintain equipment, inventory, and ordering processes to support operational needs.

•

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

•

Assist in customer relations, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

•

Support operational planning, reporting, and improvement initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

•

Previous supervisory experience in a pool service, field service, or similar operational setting is required.

•

Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

•

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

•

Familiarity with pool maintenance techniques, equipment, and water chemistry preferred.

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

•

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift moderate-weight equipment.

Previous supervisory experience

Bi-lingual English/ Spanish

•

Reliable Transportation.

Previous Work History (Minimum of 2+ Professional References)
