Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties: - Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks - Operate POS systems and cash registers to process customer orders accurately - Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, and pastries - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area, including brewing equipment and serving counters - Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred - Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and other related equipment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Knowledge of retail math principles for handling transactions accurately - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations Join our team as a Barista and showcase your passion for crafting delicious beverages while providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
