MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESThe Billing Specialist reports to the Billing Manager. Billing Specialist manages and supports assigned and unassigned customer relations, Work Order processes, and Sales and Operations Processes. Responsible for timely and accurate client record maintenance. Supports client billing and remittance. Researches and resolves questions, complaints and grievances and ensures information in all databases is accurate and properly configured to support operations and properly record revenue

•

Managing the status of non-corporate accounts and identifying inconsistencies.

•

Help with transition of “client accounts from “Non- Corporate” to “Corporate”

•

Experience with accounting software and data entry.

•

Served as liaison between customers, management, and sales team.

•

Handling daily flow of paperwork and required cooperation with the accounting department for investigative issues.

•

Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.

•

Issuing invoice adjustments, receipts, and invoices.

•

Receive, address, and convey Complaints to the appropriate team.

•

Create and send Letters to customers.

•

Using our internal ERM software – accurately.

•

Process and Distribute invoices.

•

Process and execute accurately one-time/ frequency jobs for our customers.

•

Provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking.

•

Relay customer concerns, complaints, requests to managers.

•

Liaison to receive follow up from the field and relay to customers.

•

Run and review reports to ensure accuracy.

•

Performs other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Salary range: $25.50/hr- $26.50/hr
