Billing Specialist

We’re currently seeking a Service Billing Specialist to join our Oakland office. This position is a key part of our Accounting Department, working closely with the service department and vendors to ensure billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Service Billing Specialist will be responsible for accurately compiling, reviewing, and processing billing for all service-related work. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office setting and be comfortable collaborating with both internal staff and external partners.
