Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned business manager to join our small company. Pay depends on performance. Our company has 3 divisions: Ornamental Iron, Masonry, and Landscapes. Currently the owner manages all 3 divisions and needs some support.
Duties
•
Being a front person for the company in many different aspects.
•
Taking ideas from concept to completion.
•
Being willing to change and think outside the box
•
Organization.
•
Being willing to work odd hours, but not necessarily crazy hours. Smart, not hard.
•
Being able to take a small salary, but healthy bonuses when the right jobs are sold and completed.
•
Self motivated.
Experience
•
Strong experience and connections locally.
•
A clean and confident demeanor
•
Good follow up, leadership and communication skills.
•
Planning and management skills.
