Business Performance Analyst II works on a team to transform business problems into analytic solutions by identifying trends and patterns in data into insights to help solve business problems in creative ways. This position provides clear and concise data analysis and statistical reporting, creates data visualization resources and identifies and implements solutions that leads to automated or self-service reporting for internal customers.

What you will do* Assists in developing scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data.

Education Requirements* Bachelor's Degree Emphasis in math, statistics, analytics, operations research, computer science, or other applicable field Preferred

Required Experience* 3 years of technical or professional experience.

Preferred Experience* 2 years of direct experience in a related field (statistics, performance management, analytics, or

research)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* General knowledge of the utility business preferred.

Pay Range:

$85,000-$92,000

This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
