Job Description:

Same Day Heating Cooling and Plumbing, a leading residential retrofit HVAC and plumbing company in San Diego, CA, is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Part-Time Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, texts and emails from customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

•

Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

•

Follow up via outbound calls.

•

Follow up on text and email interactions.

•

Provide accurate information about the company's services, pricing, and scheduling.

•

Schedule service appointments based on customer availability and technician availability.

•

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

•

Record customer information, service details, and appointment notes accurately in the company's database.

•

Collaborate with technicians and dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and resolution of customer requests.

•

Follow up with customers to confirm appointment details and gather feedback on service quality.

•

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed.

Requirements:

Incoming CSR Shifts: 10-7PM/M-F and 8-5 weekends Two consecutive week days off M-F/Shifts modified due to new incoming CSR and seniority

•

High school diploma or equivalent.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

•

Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.

•

Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating software applications.

•

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

•

Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing services is a plus but not required.
