The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Call Center Representative to join our high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls, making follow-up outbound calls to warm leads, and booking appointments for in-home roofing estimates. This role sits directly with the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—so strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.

Schedule: Our call center is open from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Saturday)
