This is a small to medium Construction company of about 40 employees, been in business about 9 years. It is one of the largest in Bergen County and rapidly growing.
Administrative professional who schedules and arranges appointments for a variety of purposes. As a scheduler, your main function is to schedule appointments with project timelines. You will be the frontrunner of communication for the company and the customer.
Assist customers with obtaining a free quote appointment.
Provide superior customer service, via the phone or email, ensuring a positive impression of the organization.
Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
-2 yrs. Prior experience in customer service-related roles, data entries, answering phones is a must.
*You should be very comfortable using a computer - basic tasks like downloading and saving files a must
*Experience in an office environment is a must
Ability to problem solve Flexible to Company needs Ability to receive instructions/tasks then work independently. Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
Job Type: Full-time 8am to 4pm (4 weekdays flexible) + Sat.8-4 mandatory
