Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Manage and order inventory and equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer support
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
