Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
•
Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions.
•
Handle outbound calling to follow up with customers or gather feedback on services.
•
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
•
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Experience
•
Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
•
Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
•
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
•
Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
