Weitsman Recycling, a respected leader in the metals recycling industry, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our professional team. This role is ideal for a polished and detail-oriented individual with a collegiate background who takes pride in their work and excels in fast-paced, service-driven environments. Key Responsibilities:

•

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person

•

Resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently and with professionalism

•

Support internal sales and operations by delivering timely and accurate pricing information

•

Maintain meticulous records of all customer communications using CRM software

•

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying service gaps and recommending solutions

•

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience

Top Qualifications:

•

Associate or Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field preferred

•

Demonstrated attention to fine details

•

Creative problem solver with a positive and professional demeanor

•

Highly organized and self-motivated

•

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

•

Curious and eager to learn with a growth mindset

•

Excellent written communication and penmanship

•

Proven leadership abilities and a strong sense of accountability

•

Takes pride in their role and contributes meaningfully to the success of the team

Technical Skills:

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

•

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
