Our general dollar range in projects is everything up to $5 Million in hard costs. We have a service area from Colorado Springs, Colorado to Casper, Wyoming.

Growling Bear Co a commercial building general contractor seeks a commercial construction project manager for projects ranging up to $5 million. Applicant must be experienced in additions, remodels, and new construction. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction on projects within the specified range is required. Favorable consideration given to applicants with OSHA 30 hour training, LEED experience, project scheduling with Microsoft Project, and experience with government clients. Include at least 5 professional references and salary/compensation requirements with resume and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
