Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Duties
•
Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
•
Assist in building and positioning forms for the concrete.
•
Mix concrete and mortar.
•
Operate construction machinery and tools safely and effectively.
•
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to manage project scheduling and timelines.
•
Conduct quality control checks on concrete work to ensure compliance with specifications.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
•
Support the supervising team in managing project budgets and contracts as needed.
Experience
•
2 years of experience
•
Previous experience in supervising or managing small teams is a plus.
•
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to concrete work.
