We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
•
Supports Project Manages with field-related tasks.
•
Represents the Project Management team at pre-construction walks, substantial completion walks, and warranty walks, and provides updates to the PM/APM.
•
Manages the warranty process and follow-up with general contractor and third-party vendors such as Test & Balance and Commissioning. Maintains the warranty register for projects.
•
Assists PM with verifying percent of work complete with the General Contractor’s
•
Participates in weekly construction meetings and other meetings as needed.
•
Performs spot checks of the contractor’s work and verifies against construction documents.
Requirements:
•
Proven experience in construction
•
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when required.
•
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
