We’re seeking a Construction & Building Science Manager to lead residential construction projects and walk alongside our builders with a strong emphasis on advanced building science, site leadership, and team mentorship.
What You’ll Do
•Lead Residential Builds – Oversee our unique design and build process, ensuring quality execution, timelines, and budgets.
•Apply Building Science Expertise – Incorporate advanced methods in energy efficiency, air sealing, HVAC, and envelope design.
•Mentor Field Teams – Be the go-to expert for builders and subcontractors, guiding best practices on-site.
•Ensure Quality Control – Conduct site visits, inspections, and budget/material oversight to deliver excellence every time.
•Drive Innovation – Recommend and apply new materials, systems, and techniques to keep us on the cutting edge.
What You Bring
•5+ years of residential building experience, preferably in custom homes, green building, or high-performance construction.
•Solid experience reading and interpreting construction documents and executing against them with precision.
•A working knowledge of building science concepts, energy codes, and sustainable practices.
•Strong leadership and communication skills—you’re confident guiding teams and solving problems in the field.
•Comfortable with basic tech: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and project tracking tools.
