Construction Heavy Equipment Operator

focused operator to help us build and maintain critical infrastructure across

the state.

What You’ll Do:

Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers,

backhoes, skid steers, loaders, and graders.

Tackle challenging projects in mountainous and rugged terrain.

Perform finish grading with accuracy and attention to detail.

Support excavation and site preparation for energy infrastructure

projects such as substations and utility corridors.

Keep your equipment in top shape with regular inspections and basic

maintenance.

Work closely with a supportive crew and communicate clearly on the job.

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient worksite.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

6+ years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.

Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in mountainous terrain.

Strong finish grading skills are a must.

Physically fit and ready to work in all weather conditions.

Must have reliable transportation to start each day at our office in Castle

Rock, Colorado.

OSHA certifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
