Construction Manager / Site Manager – Grant County, NM
We are hiring a Construction Manager (or Site Manager) for a utility-scale wind project in Grant County, NM. This 252 MW project includes the installation of 56 Vestas V163 wind turbines. The Site Manager will oversee all aspects of on-site construction, managing subcontractors and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are upheld across civil, electrical, turbine, and substation scopes.
Responsibilities:
•
Lead daily coordination of all contractors across multiple scopes
•
Track progress, mitigate issues, and enforce compliance with project plans
•
Maintain alignment with corporate, engineering, and owner’s teams
•
Oversee safety, environmental, and quality performance site-wide
Qualifications:
•
8+ years in wind or utility-scale construction management
•
Experience managing turbine installation projects preferred
•
Strong leadership, scheduling, and conflict resolution skills
•
Vestas turbine experience is a plus
