Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes in inventory management, supply chain operations, and distribution. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
•
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
•
Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems to optimize productivity and accuracy.
•
Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
•
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance service levels.
•
Monitor transportation management processes to ensure efficient movement of products.
•
Develop strategies for inventory control and accuracy within the distribution center.
•
Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to foster a high-performance team environment.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
Skills
•
Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
•
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
•
Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
•
Knowledge of transportation management systems and fleet management practices.
•
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
