Position Summary

The Contracts Supervisor serves both a business partner and a subject matter expert on contracts with suppliers and with clients, with responsibility for ensuring timely, accurate and risk-weighted advice and service. A member of a highly effective Legal Department, the Contracts Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Management organization supporting their strategy and objectives to enable business and maximize profit in furtherance of the Company’s strategic objectives and within its Mission, Vision, and Values and is responsible for taking support and lead roles in drafting, negotiating, and concluding negotiations with Oceaneering’s vendors and clients.

LOCATION

Houston, Texas. This role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in a designated office.

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
