Maintains the cleanliness and needed supplies of office buildings, bathrooms, locker rooms, warehouse and break areas including maintenance of the grounds and parking lot areas as required.
Office, warehouse and industrial environment with ability to exert a moderate degree of physical effort including carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking and the assisted lifting of objects and materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to perceive and discriminate sounds and depths. Occasionally works in environment with loud and continuous noise. Occasional exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, odors, humidity, temperature and noise extremes, wetness and vibrations. Specific vision abilities include close vision and distance vision with varied lighting. May use personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Manual dexterity, ability to reach, bend, and use 2-step stool while safely lifting and lowering boxes. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
Sweeps, vacuums, mops, dusts and cleans assigned areas.
Services, cleans, sanitizes and supplies restrooms and locker rooms.
Gathers and empties trash from work areas, offices, break room and kitchen.
Maintains cleanliness of clinic and ensures adequate linens and blankets are available.
Acts as liaison with Safety Department regarding any bio hazards disposals.
Requisitions building supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Performs general ground keeping including, but not limited to: sweeping debris, washing walkways and curbs, emptying trash cans, watering and cutting lawn and shrubs.
Posts approved notices and announcements on all employee communication boards and removes expired postings.
Provides assistance in storing archived boxes to designated storage areas.
Maintains required materials safety data sheets for custodial supplies and adheres to all safety procedures.
Aids with company events to include but not limited to: set up of tables, chairs, coolers, grills, coffee/tea machines, etc.
Maintains cleanliness of all even equipment and locations.
Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
