Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:
•
Represent us by taking calls, scheduling sales, & service appointments
•
Provide vital tactical support to other departments of the company
•
Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention.
•
Provide each customer with a remarkable experience
Requirements:
•
Customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
•
Exceptional telephone, communication, & interpersonal skills
•
Strong voice & a good listener
•
Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows & systems
•
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
