FUNCTION:* AES Indiana is proud to serve our local community, we are looking for people that shares AES Indiana values to become part of our team, as a Customer Credit Representative you will have the opportunity to handle routine customer account and credit inquiries by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner providing the highest standard in service.

SUMMARY:* The AES Indiana Customer Service Center is a fast-paced inbound Call Center. The successful candidate will take calls from customers who have questions about their electric bill, service, and payment arrangements (including extensions) accurately and within established Company guidelines, as well as assisting customers reporting outages, power surges, among other failure in the power supply.

QUALIFICATIONS:* High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of experience in a similar position required.

DURING TRAINING:* We offer 4-5 weeks of paid training.
