Become a Cybersecurity Program, Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll be responsible for facilitating after-action reviews for cybersecurity incidents and or cybersecurity risks. This process will assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensures accountability for follow-up actions. You will also be required to maintain detailed documentation of cybersecurity action items, deadlines, and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of follow-ups. In this position you will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to drive cybersecurity program success and ensure effective communication across departments. This position will also require you to analyze data and metrics to assess cybersecurity program effectiveness and recommend enhancements. Coordinating and overseeing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring execution and alignment with strategic security and company goals is also a requirement in this position.
