Data Analyst

Connexus Energy is seeking a Data Analyst to leverage tools such as Python, SQL and PowerBI to perform data analytics in support of projects and work efforts across the organization. In this role, you will derive insights from data and collaborate with internal business partners to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and build and improve reports. You will also frequently query, clean and analyze Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) interval meter data to support the study and design of utility rates and programs.

Location:

Work for this position can be performed both on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303, and from your local home office as duties require. While this position is designated as a hybrid role, based on current policy, hires must reside in or relocate within commuting distance to our office in Ramsey, MN.

Compensation:

The anticipated starting pay range for this role is between $76,000 and $99,750 per year. The final compensation offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% of annual earnings based on company performance.
